How Does ClaimsComparison Rate?
ClaimsComparison rates the claims service of Australian insurers by product class annually.
Using a combination of data obtained through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) (previously the Financial Ombudsmen Service)
as well as survey feedback from people who have gone through the claims process.
