The Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) is now a subscriber to the full range of LMI Group’s ("LMI") eServices (LMI BICalculator, LMI PolicyComparison, LMI RiskCoach), providing all dispute case handlers with the knowledge contained within LMI’s databases, as well as access to tools such as the building cost estimator, home contents calculator, checklists and other support services. In return, access to FOS determinations will shortly be available through LMI SupportServices and LMI RiskCoach.
