LMI were appointed by two restaurants following a fire in the one between the two. The fire is believed to have been started by a fire bomb thrown through the window by persons unknown.

The fire spread causing serious damage to the building and the tenancies either side. After the tragic death of innocent people from a fire in Sydney last week it defies comprehension why anyone would risk the life of others either in the building or to motorists and fire fighters as they travel at speed to the fire.

LMI are working with the building owner, the tenants and their insurers to have the building reinstated as quickly as possible to minimise the loss of cashflow and brand damage.

The LMI team is made up of Russ Nicholas, State Manager Claims Queensland and Shirley Shi, forensic accountant from the LMI’s new Gold Coast office.
