LMI Claims recieved a call through its emergency claims hot line from a distressed manager of a historic and well known Melbourne tavern which had a massive tree estimated at over 21 metres in length fall across it.

Steve Manning and Paul Tilley who were on duty attended and provided advice and assisted in protecting undamaged property, arranging make safe works adn the safe removal of the tree. They also arranged a security guard to protect  the building and deal with the large number of interested passers by.

Repairs will be conducted as quickly as possible to have the business open for trade again with any business interruption losses calculated by LMI Forensic Accountand Angus Stewart while Paul Tilley will manage the material damage/property loss.
