As one of Melbourne’s most intense storms in history was still raging, calls to Loss Management International’s (“LMI”) Emergency Claim Service started coming through. LMI’s Claims Services division responded well in attending many premises and/or arranging for drying and restoration services using the good relations the team has with their regular suppliers.

In one case, in the midst of the storm, the partner of one of the Claims Services team personally delivered a wet vac to a distraught retailer who was keen to clean up as quickly as possible and trade as normal the following day. Nothing is too much trouble for the LMI team.
