Truly understanding your client has never been more important. As risks evolve and new technologies emerge, brokers must stay informed to provide appropriate advice and support.

This year, we’re focusing on Know Your Client capability, starting with our new course Drone Technology and Insurance, which explores the risks, regulatory considerations and coverage implications of drone use.

Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new course, Discrimination, Harassment, and Bullying, aimed at strengthening workplace safety, respect, and inclusion.

Creating a workplace free from harmful behaviours is essential for the wellbeing and productivity of all employees. Our short video highlights the importance of fostering environments where every individual feels valued, supported, and able to contribute confidently.

Available on our Continued Professional Development (CPD) Portal with multiple choice assessments are available at the end of the course. As this is a 3-minute video, there are no CPD points to be earned, however it may be a valuable resource for your compliance purposes.

Farm Insurance Products

Understanding the unique risks faced by farming clients is essential to delivering appropriate insurance solutions. Our new Farm Insurance Products course (Australia only) is designed for professionals working with rural insurance products and explores key risk exposures across farming operations, including property, machinery, livestock and liability.

The course examines frequent traps and pitfalls, and reinforces the importance of gathering accurate, relevant information to ensure coverage aligns with client needs.

This course supports brokers to strengthen their know your client capability and provide confident, informed advice in the rural sector. Multiple choice assessments are available throughout the course. A total of 3 CPD points will be earned upon completion.
