CPD Portal Enhancements Coming Soon

Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice some small, helpful enhancements to the look and feel of the platform. Nothing big is changing – just a few improvements to make things clearer, more intuitive, and nicer to work in. The first thing you may notice is your Dashboard will include

New Course

Risk Management

We’re pleased to announce the release of our Risk Management eLearning module. This course provides a practical, industry‑aligned overview of how risks are identified, analysed, evaluated, and managed in today’s evolving business environment.

Learners will explore key concepts such as risk assessment processes, the relationship between risk management and insurance, the roles of regulators, and the impact of standards, legislation, and codes of practice. Real‑world examples help illustrate how effective risk management supports better decision‑making, strengthens organisational resilience, and enhances outcomes for insureds, brokers, and insurers alike.

The course also covers emerging areas including cyber risk, operational resilience and lessons learned from recent industry events.

Available on our Continued Professional Development (CPD) Portal with multiple choice assessments available at the end of the course. A total of 3 CPD points will be earned upon completion.
