Psychology of Time

Managing Workload, Reducing Pressure and Improving Wellbeing

This course takes a different approach, shifting the focus from processes and compliance to you, the person behind the role.

Time pressure is one of the most significant and persistent challenges facing insurance professionals today. It affects not only productivity, but also the capacity to discover and grow, and to achieve work/life balance. This course explores how administrative burden, rising expectations, crises driven workflows and psychological load shape the way insurance professionals think, respond and perform. It recognises that insurance professionals are not just task driven but human, navigating competing demands, emotional pressures and complex decisions every day.

The Psychology of Time introduces practical strategies to better manage workloads, reduce pressure and improve personal wellbeing. By completing this course you will learn:

  • The key drivers of time pressure and psychological load
  • Practical ways to move from reactive to proactive work habits
  • How to manage personal and psychological impacts of time pressure
  • How and why to set boundaries

Available on our Continued Professional Development (CPD) portal, with true or false quizzes throughout, this course awards a total of 2 CPD points and a certificate upon completion.
