Hi Adam,  sorry for not keeping you updated, the information you provided and your advice was a great help and the client and I discussed it at length and they decided not to pursue the claim, it was to risky.

By us engaging your expertise reaffirmed to the client that we put a lot of thought into the claim and if anything it has strengthened our relationship.

Once the inverters are replaced the client is going to look at an equipment breakdown policy moving forward.
