In February 2022, around 85% of our golf course was flooded. This flood, just over 11 years after the most recent, was devastating.
LMI were recommended to the Club by another client and we felt comfortable as soon as Rian came through the door. He clearly outlined the process ahead of us and provided us with an understanding of what our entitlements under our policy were. It was always available and there to assist whenever we needed him, whether in person or on the phone. His advice and experience in helping us prepare the claim was invaluable.
