They’d had a flood run through their manufacturing factory which took out machinery, stopped production and guttered their factory.
Their insurer engaged Tony Howie of LMI to assist in the process and having been through the exercise and one year out of the income Protection Insurance process can honesty say the assistance of LMI was absolutely pivotal in ensuring the client was looked after and payments by underwriters were not delayed.

As I wrote to him in a final email…
