“Des from LMI was assisting me with our claim on a commercial property which had extensive water damage. The initial part of the process was quite complex, time consuming and I felt like it wasn’t going anywhere fast. We did hit many roadblocks and from time to time there was some uncertainty about the entire process.
Once Des came on board with the claim, he was able to overview the complete process and manage it in a way that brought confidence back in the process. He was able to instruct the right people to assess the damage via a couple of companies and was able to engage in the right company to conduct the works.
